This garage transformation is quite remarkable. The owners could see the potential of their 30 sq metre garage when they purchased the property. Adding an extra 12 metres to include a small kitchen and bathroom, meant it could function as a full stand alone cottage, with its on private deck area to boot. Creating mini rooms within the main space, was key to furnishing the room, so that it also has a bedroom, lounge area, dressing room and dining table.
